Our three live event packages are the solution to cure your videographer struggle in a single day through a phone call/email inquiry, video consultation and booking with ease.
Over the course of a phone call, we can walk you through step-by-step exactly what you may expect from us and from the final live event deliverables. We can confirm and discuss in particular requests you may have, and we can describe the various video styles that we can shoot in, available on request.

FLEXIBLE MEDIA PACKAGES

WHAT IS YOUR BOOKING PROCEDURE?
After you have contacted Inferno Switch Films in regards to a potential booking for video or photos, a member of our team will reach out to you through your provided email or telephone number. Once we have agreed the terms either through phone call or email, we will send you a statement of work contract which must be signed by both parties, INFERNO SWITCH LTD and the client (you). This contract can be signed digitally through an application we use called Adobe Sign. The ease of this contract signing means we are able to complete our pre-production of your event in an efficient way, so we can focus on the creation of your content. If you are unable to sign the contract digitally, a contract may be posted to your provided address.

With every live event we capture, we can provide multiple videographers and photographers, easing the pressure of you and allowing us to create within a team that we work well with.
1080P HD OR 4K UHD
The decision to upgrade to 4K UHD could never be easier in 2024. The difference between a 4K Film and a HD 1080p Film is something that we really notice. We want the best for your video. With our 4K Premium Package, view your video on a Blu-Ray.
CINEMATIC FILMS
Whichever package interests you, what we can guarantee is that your event video will be cinematic. We are interested in filming slow motion beach walks, candid moments of your loved ones, and heart warming speeches delivered by your family and friends.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
Our payment schedule for bookings adheres to receiving a deposit of at least 1/3 of the total contract, upon signing of the digital statement of work between the CLIENT (you) and INFERNO SWITCH (FREELANCER).
The final 2/3 and 3/3 payments may be made at least two weeks before your event date.
ONLINE MEETING FACE TO FACE CONSULTATIONS WITHIN 35 MILES OF LONDON/ONLINE MEETING
